Kevin Lancaster

Kevin Lancaster is Vice President of Operations and General Manager. Kevin joined SERVPRO of Roanoke, Montgomery & Pulaski County in 2007 and now has 27+ years of experience in the Fire & Water Restoration business. Kevin specializes in Meth Lab Restoration, Hoarding jobs and Trauma/biohazard cleanup. Kevin is certified with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification and is a Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Master Water Restorer and Master Textile Cleaner.

He is also certified in Carpet cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Color Repair, CPT Repair & Reinstallation, Stone, Masonry & Ceramic Tile Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying, Health and Safety, Biohazard cleanup, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Commercial Drying Specialist & Applied Microbial Remediation. He is also an IOT Licensed Mold Remediation Technician.

Julie Wilburn

Julie is our Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Roanoke.  She is in charge of all office operations and she is the storm team coordinator in the event that disaster strikes our area.  Julie previously worked in the insurance industry and is IICRC Water, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Odor Control certified, as well as ECTP certified in crew, water, and fire!  Julie is the first one in the office and usually the last one to leave…Needless to say, she has been a great asset to SERVPRO.

Kayla is our trusty Marketing & HR Manager here at SERVPRO of Roanoke.  She first started with our team in 2010 routing for our marketing team while she attended college.  After graduating from Radford in 2014, Kayla came on as our HR Manager, and she has recently added Marketing Manager to that title!  She is our go-to lady around the office, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand!  Kayla is IICRC Water certified.

Alisha is our Accounting Clerk here at SERVPRO of Roanoke.  Alisha came to us after graduating from Roanoke College, and she is now coming up on her 4th year anniversary with SERVPRO. She has been a wonderful asset to our office team since she started, and she is IICRC Water certified.  Whether she is communicating with customers over the phone, working on bookkeeping, or helping to manage job file activity, Alisha keeps a positive attitude flowing throughout the office at all times.

Teresa is the first face you will see when entering SERVPRO of Roanoke, and she is an integral part of our Office team.  She is our amazing receptionist who came to us in 2016.  She is invaluable in her ability to communicate and help schedule appointments with our customers, as well as coordinating jobs for our teams.

Tami started with us back in 2015, and she is one of our Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of Roanoke.  Tami is ECTP crew, water, fire, and carpet & upholstery certified, as well as ICRC water certified, making her a true asset to our office team.  Tami helps with coordinating current and upcoming jobs, as well as communicates with our customers on a daily basis!

Hannah Seagle

Hannah is one of our Job File Coordinators with SERVPRO of Roanoke.  She came to us after working with a Veterinary office, and we are glad we got her!  Hannah has been a part of our team for almost a year and is already ECTP certified in crew, water, and fire.  You may catch Hannah on the other line of your call into our office, or working to schedule incoming and ongoing jobs!

Julie is the newest member of our office team after moving in from doing field work with us here at SERVPRO of Roanoke.  She has been a Job File Coordinator with us since March 2018, and she is certified in ECTP for both crew and water.  Julie works with coordinating incoming and ongoing jobs in the office, and she also is one of the friendly ladies you may speak with when you call into our office!

Shane Stoll is a Production Manager and has been with SERVPRO of Roanoke, Montgomery & Pulaski Co for over 10 years. Shane has over 20 year experience in the Restoration and Construction business. He is IICRC certified, and received certifications in Applied Structural Drying, Commercial Drying, Carpet cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning

Michael Thrasher

Michael Thrasher

Michael Thrasher is our Production Manager specializing in Air conveyance system cleaning & inspections. Michael has specialized in indoor Air Quality since 1998 and is a licensed Air System Cleaning Specialist with NADCA. He is also a Certified Ventilation Inspector, Ventilation Systems Mold Remediator, a licensed Water Restoration Technician and is licensed in Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting through the EPA.

Tony Terry is a Production Manager and has been a dedicated employee of SERVPRO of Roanoke, Montgomery & Pulaski since 2004. Tony is IICRC certified in Fire & Smoke Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet repair & reinstallation, Odor control and Applied Structural Drying. Tony is also a Certified Ventilation Systems Inspector with the National Air Duct Cleaners Association and a Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer.

Robbie Terry is a Production Manager and has been with SERVPRO of Roanoke, Montgomery & Pulaski since 2001. Robbie is IICRC Certified in Applied Structural Drying, AMRT (Certified Mold Removal Specialist),Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Upholstery & fabric cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet repair & reinstallation and Odor control. Robbie is also a Journeyman Water Restorer and a Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, as well as a Commercial Drying Specialist.

Morgan Wilburn is a Production Manager and is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. Morgan mainly works with Fire & Smoke Damage. Morgan was previously our Contents Warehouse Manager and helped implement our Contents processing system.

Talethia Nance

Talethia Nance

Talethia Nance is our Warehouse Supervisor.  You can find "T" out in the warehouse managing the cleaning department that takes care of all soft contents, furniture, laundry and collectibles. Talethia oversee's the inventory and cleaning of incoming contents as well as insuring all items are cleaned to our standards of excellence.  She then oversee's the repacking of items cleaned and keeps them until they can be put back into a clients home, "Like it never even happened."

Carolyn Gearhart is a Business Development Coordinator for SERVPRO of Roanoke.  Carolyn is an Ambassador for the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce.  Carolyn is also active in the Virginia Blue Ridge Hospitality Association, the Roanoke Claims Association and the Virginia Apartment Managers Association.  Carolyn is a life long resident of Salem and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Clark Goodman is a Business Development Coordinator for SERVPRO of Roanoke.  Clark has completed the ECTP courses and is IICRC water certified.  Clark lives in Roanoke with his family and works the Roanoke and Franklin Co. area's. Clark was named the 2016 Ambassador of the year by the Salem-Roanoke Co. Chamber of Commerce.  Clark is also a member of the Roanoke Kiwanis Club, Senior Networking Group and the Virginia Apartment Management Group.

Lisa is a Business Development Coordinator for SERVPRO of Roanoke.  Lisa's background was in Commercial Insurance and came to SERVPRO in 2015.  Lisa has completed her ECTP training with SERVPRO Industries and is IICRC Water Certified. Lisa lives and works in Salem. Lisa was recently named the 2017 Rotary Club of Salem Service Before Self award for all the community service she has provided throughout the years.
